Kunal Jagtap serves as a key Food Technologist within the Research & Development (R&D) division of Aniva Foods. Fusing deep technical training in food science with modern processing methodologies, he plays a vital role in transforming fresh agricultural raw materials into premium, shelf-stable, and clean-label food products.

  • R&D and Product Innovation: Conceptualization, formulation, and refinement of product lines including Ready-to-Eat meals, dehydrated fruit slices, high-density powders, and specialized spice blends.
  • Dehydration Process Optimization: Works with advanced osmotic dehydration and non-thermal preservation technologies to ensure maximum nutrient retention, flavor density, and natural color preservation.
  • Clean-Label & Food Safety Compliance: Implements strict protocols to ensure preservative-free products aligned with HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards, while maintaining food safety excellence through certified operational practices.

Strategic Technical Impact

Positioned at the intersection of laboratory science and industrial processing, Kunal Jagtap works closely with international technical teams to translate R&D insights into scalable factory workflows.
